BE IN TUNE WITH GOD

Faith filled thoughts get us in tune with God.  Have one’s mind be filled with victorious, overcoming Godly thoughts.  Negative thoughts like “I’ll never get well,” “My past is a huge chaos that still haunts me today.” “I always feel depressed and anxious.”  These are strongholds, “You’re not in tune with God.” The good news is,  you can be in tune with Him.  The scripture says, “That at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Phil 2:10-11). You are sealed by the Holy Spirit ( Eph 1:13), and saved by Grace. (Eph 2:8-9,10) for good works. When Moses asked God what His Name is He answered “My Name is I AM WHO I AM.” ( Exo 3:14)  He was saying ‘I AM everything I AM strength, I AM healing, I AM abundance, I AM protection,  I AM favor.”  When God said, “Let there be light,” it came at 186,000 miles per second.  One angel in the Old Testament destroyed 185,000 soldiers in an army of Israel’s enemies. (2Kings 19:35)___ If you’re going to get in tune with God you cannot think little. You have to believe God’s bold promises, of healing, Godly accomplishments, and holy life in Christ. There is no opposition bigger and stronger.  Have faith and sing to God, “… even though I walk in the valley and shadow of death, I will fear no evil for You are with me” (Psalm 23) When your thoughts tell you “You’ll never get well” get in tune with God and say “Lord, thank You that You are restoring health  to me.  Thank You that the number of my days You will fulfill.” (Psalm 90) If the negative thought comes, just accept it, and respond, “Lord, thank  You, You are my source.”  You said, “You would make rivers in the deserts and streams in the barren places.” (Isaiah 43:19-20)  The way to get in tune with God is to have faith in what He says about you, not what you feel, not what it looks like, not what the specialist  says, but believing God in Christ, the Holy Spirit is the one working on your behalf, lifting all up to the Lord. (Phil 2:13) Get in tune with what the Most High for God has promised, “Grace has already come” (Titus 2:11); “by Grace you are saved through Faith, not of yourselves, it is a gift of God. (Eph 2:8-9); Live in the “newness of life” Jesus has given us. (Rom 6:4). Be in tune with God, Live Christ. Amen. Be blessed. Pastor Edpaul
