“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” ROM 12:2

When the world shows its glittering promises, enticing our eyes and imaginations, it is hard be still and trust in God. Yet this is exactly what God wants us to do.

Jesus comfort those who are worried about the future. He said, “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Luke 12:32.

Having Christ as the Lord and  Savior of your life secures a person  place in heaven. There is no need to worry about the circumstances surrounding life.

Jesus assured them,” If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?  29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. 30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. Luke 12:28-31

Just as these words brought comfort to those who heard the Savior say them, they are a source of comfort today for they remind us that God is not distant and has not forgotten his promises to us.

He is a personal God who is aware of every need we have. He also knows when these needs should be addressed.

Many people today worry about the future a lot. The reason for this is the world is not functioning right. It moves not according to God’s principles. Resulting to confusions and disorders. What do we do?

Each morning as we get up, we need to put on His armor, as Paul outlined in Ephesian 6. Set aside some time to read His Word and Pray.

Often people get up and rush to put on the coffee, then turn on the television to see what’s happening in the world,

What you hear most of the time will be negative.  Why? The world broadcast is definitely influenced by the father of lies each day.  The enemy may try to deceive us into thinking that he is in control but this is nonsense.

God is the One who is in control. He is infinite in wisdom and knowledge,  He knows all things.  Anything that touches our lives has to pass through Him before it gets to us. Nothing happens without His full knowledge. And nothing is too great for Him to handle. The Body of Christ is protected, His Power is given through the Spirit and we have the abundance of His Grace. God be the Glory.
