SECURED RELATIONSHIP

   If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to him.” James 1:5  Do you doubt God really loves you?  Are there uncertainties or fears about how He sees you and finding yourself losing hope.  These would explain some of the worries and anxieties you feel.   When you don’t trust someone you hide your true self from them.  You don’t develop an intimate relationship like you normally do when you are not free of suspicion to someone. The same with your relationship with your Savior. By not trusting Jesus it will result in you closing yourself off from experiencing the wonderful security, joy and fulfillment He offers. This is opposite to those who know God. Scripture says, “And those who know Your name put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. Psalm 9:10 Having a secured relationship with God you are able to use your God given gifts to have a complete life. As we read in the Word, “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.” 1Cor 12:4-6

   Your heavenly Father wants to put all your uncertainties to rest so that you can enjoy His freedom.  In Jesus your eternal life is absolutely secure.  His promise,  “No one will snatch you out of My hand” (John 10:28). Likewise, He guarantees that nothing in all creation can separate you from His unconditional love. Bible says, ‘For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor  height,

nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39 God wants you to have a healthy relationship with Him and enjoy the wonderful blessings He has for you. So seek His face and ask Him to reveal His love in doing so it will drive out your fears. Do these: examine self daily, clear your boggled minds using the Words in the Bible. Replace all the negative thoughts stored in it. Live the Word of God and start afresh. You will have a fulfilled life, happy family, prayers answered, filled with Grace and closer to God.
