Pray for Ukraine

Let's pray....

 

Heavenly Father we come before Your throne of Grace. We confess our sins of commission and omission and forgive those who offended us. 

 

We pray for our Christian brothers and sisters in Ukraine for Your protection, provisions and comfort during this difficult time. 70% of their population call themselves Christian. We pray for their churches. Empower them with boldness and courage to proclaim the Gospel and lead unbelievers to salvation in Jesus Christ. 

 

We ask You now dear Lord, to save the lives of many people in Ukraine. We beg You to de-escalate this crisis. Save the people of Ukraine and rescue them from the hands of the enemies. Protect  especially the mothers and their young children and babies. Let Your peace prevail in that nation and all over the world. 

 

We pray Your promise (Psalm 46:1-7,10-11 - NKJV):

“God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is  in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. God declares 

 

“Be still, and know that I AM GOD; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” 

 

The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge.

 

Lord Jesus, Lamb of God who takes away sins, Lion of Judah, Prince of Peace, have mercy on us and grant us Your peace that surpasses understanding. All glory be to God!

 

We ask all these by the power of the Holy Spirit and in the Honor of Your Holy Name. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen and Amen.
